St. Paul, MN, March 16, 2026 – Fix Network has announced two leadership appointments in the United States that reflect its continued focus on supporting franchise partners, strengthening operations, and growing the business in a thoughtful, sustainable way.
Nicky Woerner has been promoted to Vice President, Operations and Sales, overseeing the ProColor Collision and NOVUS® Glass brands in the U.S. Daryll O’Keefe has expanded his role as Vice President, Business Development, North America, now taking on enhanced responsibility for U.S. business development.
These appointments are about putting experienced, trusted leaders in place. People who understand the realities of running a franchise business and who are focused on creating long‑term value for the network.
Nicky brings a strong background in business development, partnerships, and multi‑brand operations, with previous leadership roles at OEConnection and Enterprise Rent‑A‑Car. In her new role, she will focus on strengthening day‑to‑day performance, building strong partner relationships, and ensuring franchisees have the support they need to operate and grow with confidence.
Daryll’s expanded role builds on nearly 20 years of experience working alongside Fix Network teams and franchise partners. Having supported franchise conversions and supplier programs earlier in his career, he now leads U.S. growth strategy with a focus on smart expansion, strong partnerships, and a consistent approach across both collision and glass brands.
