Frederic Fischer is responsible for overseeing and leading business performance, operations, network development and growth strategy for Fix Auto and NOVUS Glass in Europe, Middle East & Africa. He also supports implementation of processes to drive predictable consistency and empower Master Franchisees to deliver performance.

Frederic joined Fix Network in 2020 and has extensive experience in franchise-based businesses, multi-shop owner (MSO) development and network management. Prior to joining Fix, he was Country Group General Manager at U-POL Ltd, a world leader in automotive refinishing products.

A business development professional, Frederic has more than 20 years of experience in the automotive aftermarket industry, specializing in the distribution segment. He has worked for some of the world’s leading brands such as AkzoNobel, Volvo Trucks, Midas France and Burger King.
